Here are a few impressions from our Amsterdam trip. My sister and I have been to Amsterdam before, so this had been our second trip to the Neatherlands. This time we just enjoyed the little streets and corners, the shops and cafes. We really had some relaxed and nice days.
We took the plane to Amsterdam, which was really easy and quick. I would recommend flying to Amsterdam if your having only a few days to visit the city. The easiest way to get around in Amsterdam is taking the local transportations like the bus (from the Airport) and the tram inside the city. To explore the little streets, called „Grachten“ I recommend just walking or renting a bike.
Tipp : Buy a 48h ticket on the tram, 12,50 Euro per Person and you can use this ticket for 2 days, as often as you like.
My favourite parts of Amsterdam are „Harlem“, „Jordan“ and the „9 Grachtjes“. They are located close to the center DAM Square. There are so many cute cafes and shops located there. I loved wandering around the little streets and exploring some hidden locations. But I don´t want to give away to many things, because I have already planed another blogpost about where to eat and where to shop in Amsterdam. So stay tuned !
If your interested in art like me and my sister, I would recommend visiting the „Rijksmuseum“ which is located in the Museums Square. You can adore Rembrandts „Night Watch“, Vermeers „The Milkmaid“ and also a few of Van Gogh’s paintings. If you like the art of Van Gogh you can also viste the huge „Van Gogh Museum“ , close to the Rijksmuseum. Or if your more interessted in Modern Art have a closer look at the „Stedelijk Museum“.
I also recommend downloading „Trip Advisor“ from the app store. I found this app really helpfull to find breakfast / lunch spots and also to find museums and important sights in the city your visiting.
Have you ever been to Amsterdam? If so, what are your favourite spots to visit?! I would love to read about it in the comments, or maybe you could link your own travelpost about Amsterdam underneath this post!
xx Lisa Marie
Today’s post is the first one from Amsterdam. I’ve visited Amsterdam last weekend for 4 days together with my favourite human being, my sister 👭💜 We’ve both been there before, so this time it was all about shopping, eating and all the good stuff. So prepare yourself for more posts including subjects like Vintage shopping, food and travel impressions. »» yeahhh «
Talking about vintage fashion. I bought these Doc Martens boots in a Vintage Shop (Episode) in Amsterdam for only 35€ »can you believe that😱«. I feel like they change the vibe of this look a lot. I am usually not the „edgy“ kinda girl, but I felt really comfortable in this outfit. Teddy Coats are THE PIECE of the season. There all over my Instagram feed at the moment. Not only they are really cozy, but also pimp a more casual outfit into a fashion statement 🐻.
So I hope you enjoy today’s post. Let me know in the comments 🌷.

todays post is a new one for category „Travel“. Last weekend my boyfriend and I decided to go to Cologne for 2 days. Just to escape daily struggles and also to celebrate our 7 year anniversary.
I love fancy hotels. So when I discoverd the 18th Art Hotel I knew I had to book it. Every room in this hotel is designed by a different artist. We stayed in the room „Love Lyrics“, which was designed in a plane white with a red wood floor. I really loved the details such as the quotes and poems written on the wall and the cute heart shaped bedside lamps. If your visiting cologne soon someday you should definitely check out 18th Art Hotel.
It really is like your „Living in a Gallery“ 🎨💘
Another one of my highlights of this hotel, has been the amazing bathroom. I loved the wall (look at the golden mosaic stones😍) and the rainshower. But you should definitely book this room only with a person your really comfortable with because the only thing separating the bathroom with the bedroom is a glass door and wall.. so theres ZERO privacy 😂.
Another great feature has been this Samsung tablet which every room offers. It comes in great handy when your looking for some great spots to eat or go out.
So I hope you enjoy todays post.
I am in love with this yellow jumper from &otherstories. I really wanted to wear some colour in fall, so when this yellow number hit my eye, I HAD to buy it.
I’m really into trousers latetly. Don’t get me wrong, denim jeans will always be my number 1, but somehow a nice pair of trousers can change an outfit into something completely different. So combined with this checked Zara trousers, this yellow Hoodie looks a bit more chic and sophisticated.
Hope you enjoy todays post
Here’s another fall inspired look for you guys. The past few days treated us with the perfect fall weather. Blue skies, sunshine and temperature up to 20 degrees. ☀🌻
For this look I chose one of my fave sweaters from H&M. It’s really soft and cozy, and I love the stitching. I combined it with this (fake) leather skirt and some overknee boots.
Hope you enjoy today’s look.
„I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.“

This new month has got me really excited for autumn. I love October! I just love how the leafes start changing there colour, I’m excited for pumking picking and cozy movie nights at home with some hot tea on the sofa.
But the most excited I am about is fall fashion !! I love knit sweaters, boots and cute jackets for autumn. So the past weekend I went shopping and I just had to buy this purple knit sweater from Mango. I love the material and cut and I really wanted to wear some colour for fall.
We shoot these pictures last sunday, really early in the morning. I like the mood of these pictures a lot. The backround looks so peacefull and quite as the sunrays are breaking through the leafes of the trees.
Let me know what you think about this autumn inspired look in the comments.

Last month my sister and I travelled together with our grandpa to his birth place Wroclaw in Poland. We’ve never been before, so it was really exciting to travel to Poland to learn more about the family history of our grandpa.
Traveling with different generations can be a bit overwhelming, but I think we managed it quite well. And it was really nice to hear all the things from the past from our grandpa himself.
So here is a glimpse into our week in Wroclaw. ✈📷
We visited most of the „hotspots“ like Rynek, the center of the city which is really beautiful. There are some really pretty, old buildings. Most of them survived world war two, so there full of history.
I was really surprised by all these gorgeous buildings. The city really has it’s own charm. There are a lot of cute cafes and restaurants, and O M G the cakes and pastries are Insane !!
We stayed in the old hotel „Polonia“ which used to be „The Fourth Season“ Hotel. It’s really cute and the location is just perfect to explore the city. Here you can find the homepage from Hotel Polonia.
I feel like Poland isn’t your usual go-to travel destination, but I was more than suprised about the beauty of the city. Also it’s really nice for shopping, and there is a lot to explore. So if your looking for a different and cheap city trip destination in Europe, Poland and especially Wroclaw is your place to go. ✈🎉
Hope you enjoy todays post. Let me know in the comments. 💜
This will probably be the last post with a summery outfit 🔥. I feel like autumn has arrived, and as the days get shorter and the weather colder, there will be some fall inspired posts coming your way real soon 🍁🍂.
So in this post I will show you a few of my favourite summer „trends“ of this past season.
I really really enjoyed wearing sliders this summer. I mean it’s just the easiest thing to wear and I feel it goes with anything. I really like the ones I’m wearing because of the colour and fabric. You can’t imagine HOW comfortable they are 🙌👟
My other fave fashion trend are Cullotte Pants. Just tuck in a cool, statement T-shirt and your good to go ✌ Really easy to style and always a fashionable choice.
enjoy today’s post 💘
